Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & screening candidates as per client requirements.
  • Interface with clients and cultivate successful relationships.
  • Identify new or additional revenue opportunities with current clients.
  • Anticipate and communicate project risks.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • MBA or Postgraduate preferred, but not mandatory.
  • 1 to 3 years of Healthcare Recruitment experience.
  • Experience in Healthcare/Hospital mandatory(Doctors, Nurses, Clinical Staff, Executive management)
  • Excellent client interaction skills, collaborative work style and strong interpersonal and team skills
  • Ability to select and use appropriate tools for the job and perform research as per the recruitment requirements.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to accomplish daily business activities and facilitate communications.
