Using Psychometrics – We can advise you on which tools to use for which type of job, to gauge cognitive ability, emotional intelligence, job competencies, personality type, etc. Interviews alone are one of the least effective tools of selection. Having a psychometric tool as a 2nd opinion is critical to finding the right talent.
Work with the client to negotiate with the selected executives.
Determine the candidate’s interest in the role & willingness to move forward in the process.
